Apr 09, 2026"Question: Can you find good Sushi in Wyoming? Answer: Absolutely. Bonsai with a mixed identity of Japanese and Chinese has some surprisingly outstanding sushi. WE passed on the Chinese and went solely with the Japanese. I always get a spider roll wherever I go for sushi. The one here was disappointing (the reason for a one star loss). They put lettuce in the roll and it actually over powered the crab. Just could not taste the soft shell. The other things we ordered were very good. The eel nearly melted in my mouth, the yellow tail was superb and the presentation was very nice. The service was fast and attentive, with all wait staff pitching in on all tables. Limited sake options which was a drawback."

Apr 06, 2026"The lunch menu has lots of reasonably-priced specials, and you aren't left hungry. I had the chicken lo-mein, which comes with brown rice and an egg roll. There was plenty to eat and it was delicious. The egg drop soup has lots of vegetables. Service was excellent. Recommended!"
